How to Be More Golf Confident

Do you want a little more confidence on the golf course? Of course you do!  It is the ultimate golf emotion.

As Jason Dufner said, “Confidence is KING in golf.”

Most of the time golfers feel like their confidence ebbs and flows with each shot. Or it varies depending on their score for the day.

I want you to know that confidence is available to you regardless of how you are hitting the ball or scoring.

There is a difference between confidence and self-confidence.

Self-confidence is an inner state of being. It is a feeling that you generate and build with the words you say to yourself. In this week’s episode of Above Par, I share this with you as well as specific steps you can take to build your self-confidence.

I talk about the effectiveness of positive affirmations and how to know if you are just putting whipped cream on a pig.

This is the first podcast in a two part series so check it out and then tune in next week for part two: The 3 Traits of a Self-Confident Golfer.

Self-confidence is a muscle you build and available to you today.
