Concentrate Better on the Course

Ever wonder why you can’t concentrate on the golf course when you’re nervous or stressed or mad?

I have taken swings  just going thru the motions not even focused on where I wanted to hit it.

Actually, lots of times.

And then I paid the price for taking that distracted swing.

Part of the reason is that it is difficult to focus when you are in a negative place.

If you haven’t gotten over the last shot or cleaned up your mind for the next shot, concentration is not readily available to you.

There are steps you can take to improve your concentration and manage your mind around the game of golf.

You have more control over this than you may think.

In this video, I shed light on three reasons you lose your concentration.

And hang in there to the end where you learn an easy tactic to use on the course to regain your focus and finish your round strong.
